The time as come to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. Gravy, potatoes, vegetables and the all star of the plate of course. Since Thanksgiving and Christmas are so close together we switch things up from Turkey to Prime Rib. I have always enjoyed horseradish crust and loved cranberry as an accomplishment. So! I created a Cranberry Horseradish Chutney to eat with your Christmas dinner. Trust me when I say you will LOVE it! It’s so good!
